La tertúlia ha comptat amb la participació de Montserrat Corretger, Professora de Literatura del Departament de Filologia Catalana de la URV, gràcies a la col•laboració de l’Antena del coneixement de la URV.
Després d’una introducció a la biografia i l’obra de Jaume Cabré, fent especial menció a la seva manera d’encarar la literatura, hem començat a parlar de la novel•la Les veus del Pamano.
Es tracta d’una novel•la circular ja que el primer capítol seria en realitat el darrer; no li trobem el sentit fins que no acabem de llegir tota la història. Ens trobem també amb un narrador transparent, amb una barreja de persones verbals i de gèneres que en principi pot semblar que fan la lectura difícil, quan en realitat la fan més fàcil, ja que és com si sentissis la pròpia veu dels personatges de ficció. També s’ha parlat de la visió cinematogràfica amb que l’autor construeix diverses escenes: hem llegit la que fa referència al suborn de Ramona per part de Jacint, el xofer de la senyora Elisenda, i que està construïda a l’estil de les millors escenes del gènere negre.
Ha resultat també interessant la contraposició entre els 2 personatges femenins més importants: Elisenda i Tina, amb la seva particular manera d’afrontar la vida i com el personatge masculí: Oriol Fontelles les afecta profundament, tot i que la segona només el conegui a través d’unes pàgines escrites a tall de memòries.
Sobre la moralitat dels personatges o del moment històric que els fa viure tan sols dir que l’autor deixa que cada lector prengui les seves pròpies decisions, els avaluï i els comprengui segons la seva particular manera de veure el món.
Han assistit 18 persones, i la durada ha estat d’1 hora i 30 minuts.

Once upon a time air travel was a great deal simpler than it is today. Plug in your travel plans, and you will get a list of all the flights that are available. Southwest typically charges more reasonable prices than other airlines, and there are no hidden fees.
